I\u00a0dined on\u00a0runny egg yolks tonight.\u00a0 With cholesterol scares and being told egg yolks were a heart’s public enemy number one, I haven’t eaten egg yolks for years.\u00a0\u00a0I watched enviously as\u00a0others ate their\u00a0yolks and suffered no harm.\u00a0\u00a0I kind of remembered how good they tasted, but not really.\u00a0 Had I really remembered how good they tasted, I would have had them more often. Well, tonight I decided to\u00a0live on the\u00a0wild side.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
My wife was cooking dinner tonight and offered me eggs.\u00a0 She said she would make them sunny side up with runny yolks.\u00a0 Boy did she make them.\u00a0\u00a0Now I remember how\u00a0delicious yolks are.\u00a0 The taste briefly\u00a0transported me back to my childhood.\u00a0 I had a\u00a0flashback to when I was four years old and\u00a0was eating\u00a0my Mom’s perfectly cooked\u00a0runny eggs.\u00a0 I enjoyed them then, and I enjoy them now.\u00a0<\/p>\n
