Avromie Sommers, a well meaning friend, \u00a0emailed me a motivational magazine article titled “The World’s Fittest and Richest Guys.” \u200e17 of the world’s top CEOs, moguls and millionaires reveal their health and wealth secrets. It was from a men’s health magazine. Each of these guys is strict on his diet and they all appear to be exercise nuts. That’s great for them.<\/p>\n
Can I learn\u00a0anything from this article?\u00a0 No.\u00a0\u00a0They represent everything I am not. \u00a0I’m a regular guy and earn a regular living. \u00a0Not only do I enjoy food, I like eating lots of it; especially at all you can eat places like weddings and parties.<\/p>\n
Thinking about those guys doesn’t motivate me, it just leaves me\u00a0wondering how they got\u00a0lucky. \u00a0I can’t explain their luck, but I can get lucky too.\u00a0 My luck often involves\u00a0finding something good in the refrigerator.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0So I looked\u00a0for\u00a0something exciting to show up\u00a0those lucky fools. I\u00a0spotted three of my\u00a0wife’s expensive Trader Joe’s organic yogurts and\u00a0removed them to my possession.\u00a0 I figured she’d\u00a0kill me\u00a0for eating them all, but I’d worry about that later.<\/p>\n
I\u00a0emptied the strawberry yogurts\u00a0into a bowl and popped the plastic top of a powdered strawberry Nesquik canister, poured the Nesquik in the bowl\u00a0and mixed them together.\u00a0\u00a0Strawberry Quick\u00a0makes\u00a0the tastiest\u00a0strawberry milk\u00a0and I figured it would perform as well or better\u00a0in my yogurt. \u00a0It does.<\/p>\n
It felt great being the first human to experience this food combination.\u00a0\u00a0It’s a\u00a0unique taste and one I am sure that those guys haven’t enjoyed, nor would they. \u00a0I thought of those rich and fits with their beautiful women, leisure time and fancy houses. \u00a0Let them be the first to orbit the earth in a private spaceship. \u00a0They can have all the adventures they want.<\/p>\n
I sit quietly at the kitchen table smiling because I had bettered them. I discovered and\u00a0feasted on\u00a0strawberry Nesquik supercharged yogurt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
